Brewbaker's Restaurant was established in 1999, and has since become a staple within the Winchester community. The restaurant was started by Dawn and Bobby Sayre, a young couple with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Their primary focus was on providing consistently great food, drink, and service. Over the next 13 years, they built Brewbaker’s into a welcoming place for people to gather, where friendships and families are built and customers feel at home.

Our names are Monty and Laura Rhodes, and in July of 2012, we purchased Brewbaker’s Restaurant. We have a long history of experience in the restaurant and customer service industries. Monty has both managed and owned restaurants in the past and Laura has worked at Brewbaker’s for nine years prior to taking ownership. We truly understand the unique qualities of Brewbaker’s Restaurant, as it is where we met and began our relationship and a family of our own. When the Sayres decided it was time to step away from the restaurant, we saw it as an opportunity to preserve the establishment that means so much to us, as well as the Winchester community.

Brewbaker’s Restaurant has been able to grow and thrive with the help of families and friends in the community, as well as the wonderful staff. Everyone here has one goal in mind while working - "To make you happy!!!!" That's it, plain and simple, no outrageous mission statement, company growth plans, three tier progressive sales programs, just straight forward honest in your face truth "to make you happy."
